We hired Jim as our interventionist on a Friday and he hopped on a plane, ready to go by Saturday. His knowledge of the process was exceptional and he put the whole family at ease. I can say, without a doubt, that we would have never been able to all come together, organize ourselves and our thoughts without Jim. And because of that, our loved one went into treatment - and went with a hopeful attitude. Jim was able to answer their questions, calm their fears and anxiety of what treatment would look like, what steps needed to be taken for health insurance, time off work, etc. And Jim is still in contact with us, even though his part is "officially" complete. We will be forever grateful for Jim's expertise, love and kindness in guiding us through this process.
